How To Remove Press On Nails

How to Remove Press On Nails

You just had a successful night out on the town with your favorite Rave Nailz matching head-to-toe with your fit. You wake up the next morning wanting to switch it up and put on a new set to match your new outfit. Before you put on your new set, gotta take off the old *yes, reusable!* ones. Putting on a new set is as easy as 1, 2, 3! The only thing it requires? Warm, soapy water!

Follow the below quick, easy steps and tips to take your press on nails right off!

Supplies:

  • Bowl
  • Warm Water
  • Soap

Step 1: Soak

Fill a bowl with warm, soapy water. Let your nails soak for 15 minutes.

TIP:

The best way to remove press on nails is without any acetone. Acetone will melt the nails, so you will not be able to re-use them! It will create a giant mess of melted acrylic all over your finger tips, and all that acetone will leave your nails dry and damaged and ruin the designs on the nails. Make sure to use warm, soapy water to take off the nails.

Step 1: Remove

Using your thumbnail and a little bit of leverage, put it to the corner of the nail you're wanting to remove and wiggle it under there.

Slowly, you'll keep inching it under & across the nail bed line.

Voila! The nail will pop right off. Repeat this process for all your nails.

If the pesky nail glue and removal process is what's been holding you back to trying press on nails - it can't get any easier than Rave Nailz! No need to waste time at a salon. Get to shopping now!

  • That does NOT work at all! I soaked my press on nails in warm soapy water for over 20 minutes and proceeded to destroy my real nails when I had to tear the fake ones off. The soapy water did nothing. Nightmare!
